The terms that apply when you buy from the Centurion online shop.

These terms apply when you buy from the Centurion Community Cricket online shop. Please read them before you order. [Legal name and address of the seller to confirm.]

Products and prices

We sell our own Centurion range online: Gladius bats, bat grips and CCC cricket balls. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. [Confirm whether prices include VAT.] Duncan Fearnley products are not sold online; ask us about them or book a pop-up shop.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm collection. Card payments are taken securely by Square.

Stock

Stock is shared with our pop-up shops. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full for anything we cannot supply.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
