How Centurion Community Cricket collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Who we are
This website is run by Centurion Community Cricket, 4 Persardi Court, Holt Drive, Colchester CO2 0DJ. What we collect and why
- Coaching requests (1:1 and small group): the player's first name, age, level and coaching needs, your name, email, mobile number, area or postcode and preferred times. We use this to match a coach and venue and to arrange the session.
- Club, school, pop-up shop and contact forms: your name, organization, role, email and phone number and what you tell us. We use this to reply and to arrange what you asked about.
- Club packages download: your name, club, role, area, email and phone, so we can send you the PDF and follow up about club support.
- Shop orders: your name, delivery address, email and phone, and your order details. Card payments are handled by Square; we do not see or store your full card number.
Our lawful bases are your consent (the tick box on each form), taking steps at your request before a contract (coaching and orders) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Academy registration
Academy registration uses a separate Google Form. It is covered by [Centurion to confirm how Academy registration data is handled and stored].
Who we share it with
We share details only with the coach who will deliver your session and with the services we use to run the business: our website host, email provider and Square (payments and invoicing). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing contact@centurioncricket.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
