Delivery and returns

How we deliver your order and how to return something.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email contact@centurioncricket.co.uk to tell us, then return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days. We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back. [Confirm who pays return postage.]

Bat grips that have been fitted, and balls that have been used, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or wrong items
