Who we are
This website is run by Centurion Community Cricket, 4 Persardi Court, Holt Drive, Colchester CO2 0DJ. [Legal name and status to confirm, for example sole trader, partnership or limited company with company number.] We are the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website.
Contact: contact@centurioncricket.co.uk. [ICO registration number, if registered.]
What we collect and why
- Coaching requests (1:1 and small group): the player's first name, age, level and coaching needs, your name, email, mobile number, area or postcode and preferred times. We use this to match a coach and venue and to arrange the session.
- Club, school, pop-up shop and contact forms: your name, organization, role, email and phone number and what you tell us. We use this to reply and to arrange what you asked about.
- Club packages download: your name, club, role, area, email and phone, so we can send you the PDF and follow up about club support.
- Shop orders: your name, delivery address, email and phone, and your order details. Card payments are handled by Square; we do not see or store your full card number.
Our lawful bases are your consent (the tick box on each form), taking steps at your request before a contract (coaching and orders) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Academy registration
Academy registration uses a separate Google Form. It is covered by [Centurion to confirm how Academy registration data is handled and stored].
Who we share it with
We share details only with the coach who will deliver your session and with the services we use to run the business: our website host, email provider and Square (payments and invoicing). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
[Retention periods to confirm, for example enquiries kept for 2 years and order records for 6 years for tax purposes.]

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing contact@centurioncricket.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
